What Loan Types Do You Offer?

Unsecured Loans

Unsecured Loans are available for tenants and homeowners for any purpose with quick decisions.

Can you say YES to the following questions ?

  • You have had no more than two continuous jobs in the last three years.
  • You have had no more than two UK addresses in the last three years.
  • You are on a minimum of £5,000 salary per annum, benefits cannot be counted.
  • I am over 21 years of age.
You must have a bank account in your name, or a joint account if your partner is applying.
If you are self-employed, then we need at least two years audited accounts.
 
Unsecured Loans are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Secured Loans

If you have equity in your home then you can take out a secured loan on your property and take advantage of competitive interest rates.

Branton Finance will source your Secured Loan from a limited panel of Lenders for a competitive rate and a finance package to suit your needs. A secured loan is usually an additional loan secured on your property.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.


Remortgage

Branton Finance will source your Remortgage from the 'Whole of Market' for a competitive rate and a finance package to suit your needs.

First Time Buy Mortgage

Branton Finance will source your First Time Buy Mortgage (F.T.B.) from the 'Whole of Market' for a competitive rate and a finance package to suit your needs. A first time buyer mortgage allows you to purchase your first property.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.


Second Purchase Mortgage

Branton Finance will source your Second Purchase Mortgage from the 'Whole of Market' for a competitive rate and a finance package to suit your needs. A 2nd purchase mortgage allows you to purchase an additional property, this could be for the family or as a holiday home.

Moving Home Mortgage

Branton Finance will source your Moving Home Mortgage from the 'Whole of Market' for a competitive rate and a finance package to suit your needs. A mover mortgage allows you to move from your existing property to a new property.

Council Right To Buy Mortgage

Branton Finance will source your Council Right to Buy Mortgage from the 'Whole of Market' for a competitive rate and a finance package to suit your needs. A council right to buy mortgage allows you to purchase your rented home from your local council.

Buy To Let Mortgage

Branton Finance will source your Buy to Let Mortgage from the 'Whole of Market' for a competitive rate and a finance package to suit your needs. A buy to let mortgage allows you to purchase a property and rent it out to a third party.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.


Equity Release - Lifetime Mortgages

Equity Release refers to Home reversionary plans and Lifetime Mortgages. To understand the features and risks ask for a personalised illustration.

For equity release mortgages A fee of 1% of monies raised subject to a minimum of £995 and a maximum of £5,000. For example if monies raised amount to £150,000 a fee of £1,500 will be payable. Similarly, if monies raised amount to £50,000 a fee of £995 will be payable. A sum of £500 will be due and payable on completion of our research with the balance of the monies due and payable on completion of the transaction. We will also be paid commission from the company that either buys your home or lends you money. 


Let To Buy Mortgage

Branton Finance will source your Let to Buy Mortgage from the 'Whole of Market' for a competitive rate and a finance package to suit your needs. A let to buy mortgage allows you to rent out your home to a third party and purchase a new property to live in.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.


Life Insurance

Branton Finance will source your most appropriate life insurance policy from a panel of leading companies saving you time and money. Life insurance, also known as life assurance, is a policy that pays out a sum of money upon the death of the policy holder or insured person. Life insurance policies are usually available on a single or joint life basis and can include additional cover for critical illnesses such as cancer.


Income Protection

Branton Finance will source your most appropriate Income Protection policy from a panel of leading companies saving you time and money. The main benefit of an income protection policy is that you have peace of mind should you fall ill, suffer an accident or be made unemployed that you can continue paying those vital monthly bills if you can't. For Mortgage payment protection insurance we offer products from a selected panel of providers.
 


How we are paid 

During our initial meeting or telephone conversation, we will be completing a detailed mortgage financial review/questionnaire to enable appropriate advice to be given on your mortgage and other related insurance products. We will also outline how we are paid and how we operate as Whole of Market Mortgage Brokers this is explained in our "Key Facts about our services" document. Once we have made our recommendations to you, we will confirm our advice in writing. You should keep this as it will be an important record of our discussions.

Details of the loan will also be confirmed in your lenders formal offer. As Independent Mortgage Brokers, you can choose how we are paid; we can be paid by commission or a fee (usually £295). Once we have discussed these options with you, we will issue you with a "Key Facts about our Services" document outlining out what services we offer and how we are paid.

In peak times of receiving leads, we may pass the lead to alternative reputable independent brokers who may charge a different structure to that of Branton Finance or Kelly Mortgage Solutions. This will be highlighted and advised at first point of contact with such company.
